Weather Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing, accessing, or using Weather, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use Weather.

2. The Weather Service

Weather provides weather forecasts, air quality, UV, pollen, precipitation, radar, widgets, city search, current-location weather, and local weather notifications. Features may include saved locations, forecast caching, weather detail cards, widget configuration, notification settings, local alerts, ads, and links to third-party weather or map services.

3. Location and Forecast Responsibility

Weather information depends on your selected locations, device location, network availability, third-party providers, and device settings. Forecasts, radar, air quality, UV, pollen, precipitation, severe-weather indicators, and alerts may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, or unavailable.

You are responsible for deciding whether to grant location permission, which locations to save, which widgets to configure, and which notification settings or alert thresholds to use.

4. No Emergency or Safety-Critical Use

Weather is provided for general informational use only. Do not rely on Weather for emergency communication, disaster response, medical decisions, navigation, aviation, maritime use, outdoor safety, workplace safety, or any situation where incorrect, delayed, or missing weather information could cause harm. Always consult official weather authorities and emergency services when safety matters.

5. Notifications and Widgets

If you enable weather summaries, weather alerts, or widgets, Weather may schedule local updates and reminders based on your settings. Notifications and widgets may be delayed, missed, or not shown because of Android settings, battery restrictions, connectivity, provider availability, or device behavior. You are responsible for reviewing your settings and confirming whether notifications and widgets meet your needs.

6. Your Content and Local Data

You are responsible for saved locations, widget choices, app settings, screenshots, support emails, and any information you create, store, export, or share through Weather. Clearing app data, deleting locations, changing settings, disabling backup, or uninstalling the app may change or delete local data.

7. Third-Party Services

Weather uses third-party services such as Google Places, Open-Meteo, Photon, BigDataCloud, Windy, Firebase Analytics, Firebase App Check, Google AdMob, Google Play services, Android system services, and device backup services. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies. Soosu Studio is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, content, policies, or behavior of third-party services.

8. Ads and In-App Review

Weather may display ads through Google AdMob and may use Google Play in-app review features. Ads, review prompts, and related services may depend on availability, eligibility, device settings, and third-party policies.

9. App Changes and Availability

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue Weather features at any time. We do not guarantee that any feature, saved location, widget, cached forecast, notification, radar layer, ad, analytics service, or third-party service will remain available forever or work on every device.

10. Intellectual Property

Weather, including its app design, software, branding, and related materials, is owned by Soosu Studio or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you ownership of Weather or permission to copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or misuse the app except as allowed by law.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

Weather is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Soosu Studio disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, reliability, and fitness for safety-critical use.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Soosu Studio will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, content, notifications, weather information, profits, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or related to your use of Weather.

13. Termination

You may stop using Weather at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to Weather features if we reasonably believe that your use violates these Terms, harms users, harms the service, or creates legal or security risk.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the date below and publish the revised Terms on this page. Continued use of Weather after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
