Wheron Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing, accessing, or using Wheron, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use Wheron.

2. The Wheron Service

Wheron helps users create and manage a digital wardrobe, analyze clothing images, organize wardrobe groups, save worn outfit history, receive outfit suggestions, generate try-on images, use weather-aware styling features, schedule morning outfit notifications, share outfit images, and manage optional Premium features.

3. Account and User Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining access to your account, keeping your sign-in credentials secure, reviewing your saved wardrobe data, and ensuring that information you enter or upload is accurate and lawful.

Wheron relies on the images, body information, clothing metadata, weather context, settings, and feedback you provide. Outfit recommendations, statistics, AI results, and generated images may be inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, or unsuitable for your circumstances.

4. Photos, Selfies, and User Content

You are responsible for the photos, selfies, profile images, wardrobe records, notes, price information, purchase dates, ratings, and other content you provide. Do not upload content that you do not have the right to use or that violates privacy, publicity, intellectual property, or other rights of another person.

If you upload or use images of people, including selfie images, you must have the necessary rights and consent. Wheron is intended for personal wardrobe and styling use and should not be used to create deceptive, harmful, or non-consensual images.

5. AI Features and Generated Content

Wheron may use AI services to analyze clothing, generate item metadata, generate clean catalog images, suggest outfits, generate try-on images, create scenario recommendations, and create weekly outfit plans. AI output is probabilistic and may contain mistakes, omissions, artifacts, distorted details, incorrect clothing attributes, inaccurate body or image rendering, or inappropriate style suggestions.

You should review AI-generated results before relying on them. Wheron is not professional fashion, image editing, medical, health, body, safety, financial, or legal advice.

6. Weather and Location Features

Weather-aware outfit features may use your device location and third-party weather or air-quality providers. Weather, forecast, air-quality, location label, precipitation, UV, humidity, wind, and temperature information may be delayed, unavailable, incomplete, or inaccurate.

Do not rely on Wheron for emergency communication, disaster response, medical decisions, travel safety, workplace safety, or any situation where inaccurate weather or outfit information could cause harm. Always consult official weather authorities and safety guidance when it matters.

7. Premium, Billing, and Ads

Wheron may offer a Premium subscription through Google Play Billing. Premium may unlock benefits such as expanded wardrobe registration, try-on features, and ad removal. Subscription pricing, renewals, cancellation, taxes, refunds, trials, offers, and payment methods are handled by Google Play and may be subject to Google Play's terms and policies.

You are responsible for managing or canceling your subscription through Google Play. Deleting the app or deleting your Wheron account does not automatically cancel a Google Play subscription.

Non-Premium users may see Google AdMob ads. Ad availability, consent flows, ad personalization, and advertising identifiers are controlled by Google, your region, and your device settings.

8. Notifications and Sharing

If you enable morning outfit notifications, Wheron may schedule local reminders based on app settings and device time. Notifications may be delayed, missed, or not shown because of Android settings, battery restrictions, device restart, time changes, time zone changes, permissions, connectivity, or app updates.

If you share an outfit image or other content from Wheron, you are responsible for the recipient, destination app, and information included in the shared content.

9. Cloud Storage, Sync, and Data Availability

Wheron may use Firebase Authentication, Firebase Firestore, and Firebase Storage to store user profiles, wardrobe data, images, history, outfit suggestions, plans, recommendations, and related metadata. Cloud availability may depend on your account, network connection, Firebase services, Android device behavior, app version, and backend availability.

We do not guarantee that any local data, cloud data, generated image, history record, outfit plan, notification, cache, or sync state will be preserved forever or work on every device.

10. Third-Party Services

Wheron uses third-party services such as Firebase Authentication, Firebase Firestore, Firebase Storage, Firebase AI Logic or Google AI, Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, Firebase App Check, Google Sign-In, Android Credential Manager, Google Play Billing, Google Play Review, Google Play services, Google AdMob, Google consent services, Open-Meteo, Android system services, camera/photo picker services, sharing services, and device backup services. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies.

Soosu Studio is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, content, pricing, billing behavior, ad behavior, policies, or actions of third-party services.

11. App Changes and Availability

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue Wheron features at any time. We do not guarantee that any account feature, AI feature, weather feature, Premium feature, ad feature, cloud sync feature, notification feature, sharing feature, or third-party service will remain available forever.

12. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse Wheron, interfere with its services, attempt unauthorized access to Firebase or third-party services, upload unlawful or infringing content, create non-consensual or harmful images, abuse AI generation, reverse engineer the app except as allowed by law, or use Wheron in a way that could harm users, Soosu Studio, backend services, or third parties.

13. Intellectual Property

Wheron, including its app design, software, branding, generated app assets, and related materials, is owned by Soosu Studio or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you ownership of Wheron or permission to copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or misuse the app except as allowed by law.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

Wheron is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Soosu Studio disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, reliability, data preservation, AI output quality, weather accuracy, purchase availability, ad availability, and fitness for safety-critical or professional use.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Soosu Studio will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, wardrobe records, photos, selfies, generated images, history records, notifications, sync data, Premium access, purchases, ads, profits, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or related to your use of Wheron.

16. Termination

You may stop using Wheron at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to Wheron features if we reasonably believe that your use violates these Terms, harms users, harms the service, creates security risk, or creates legal risk.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the date below and publish the revised Terms on this page. Continued use of Wheron after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
