Wheron Account & Data Deletion

Delete your account in Wheron

If you can sign in to Wheron, use the account deletion option in the app:

1. Open Wheron and go to the Home tab.
2. Tap the settings icon, then open User profile.
3. In the Account section, tap Delete account.
4. Review the warning and confirm the deletion.

When the in-app deletion succeeds, Wheron deletes your Firebase Authentication account and clears Wheron data stored by the app on that device, including the local database, app preferences, image caches, app cache files, and scheduled morning outfit notifications.

Request account and cloud-data deletion

If you no longer have the app, cannot sign in, or want associated Wheron cloud data removed, send a deletion request to wheron@soosu.studio. You do not need to reinstall the app.

Send the request from the email address registered with Wheron whenever possible. Include:

• The subject Wheron account and data deletion request
• The email address used for your Wheron account
• Whether you signed in with Google or with email and password
• A clear statement that you want the Wheron account and associated data deleted

Never send your password. We may ask for limited additional information to verify that the account belongs to you. We will confirm receipt and notify you when the verified request has been completed.

Data covered by a verified deletion request

A verified request covers the Wheron account and data associated with it in systems controlled by Soosu Studio, including:

• Authentication account and profile information, such as email address, nickname, and profile image
• Wardrobe items, groups, clothing details, photos, and generated catalog images
• Outfit history, suggestions, favorites, ratings, plans, and scenario recommendations
• Selfie images, body-profile information, generated try-on images, and related metadata

Data on your device

The in-app deletion flow clears Wheron data stored inside the app on the current device. A request made only by email cannot erase data from a device in your possession. To remove remaining app data, clear Wheron's app data in Android settings or uninstall Wheron. Images or screenshots you exported, shared, backed up, or saved outside Wheron must be deleted from those destinations separately.

Data handled separately or retained

• Google Play subscription, purchase, refund, and financial records are controlled by Google and may be retained under Google's policies and legal obligations.
• Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics, App Check, advertising, and other service-provider records may be retained or de-identified under the provider's settings and retention policies.
• Support emails and deletion-request records may be retained only as long as reasonably necessary to process the request, protect against fraud or abuse, keep required records, or comply with law.
• Deleting Wheron does not delete your Google Account or data you keep in other apps and services.

Cancel a Wheron Premium subscription

Manage or cancel Wheron Premium through Google Play before deleting your account. Follow Google's subscription cancellation instructions. Account deletion and subscription cancellation are separate actions.

Delete only specific data

You can delete individual wardrobe items, photos, selfies, outfit history, and other supported content directly in Wheron. If you cannot access the app and want specific data removed without deleting the entire account, email wheron@soosu.studio and describe the data you want deleted.
