Subs Account Deletion
How to delete your Subs account, and what happens to your data afterwards.
If you wish to delete your Subs account, please follow these steps.
Step-by-Step Instructions
- Open the Subs app
- Go to Settings
- Open Account or Manage account
- Tap Delete account
- Review the warning and tap Delete to confirm
What Will Be Deleted
When the in-app account deletion flow completes successfully, Subs deletes your Firebase Authentication account and the Firestore sync document used for subscription backup and cross-device sync.
Important Notice
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Local subscription data on your device may remain after cloud account deletion. To remove local data from the device, delete records in the app, clear app data, or uninstall the app.
Data Retention
Google Play, Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, Firebase App Check, Google sign-in, ads, consent services, and other third-party providers may retain limited records according to their own policies. Support emails are retained only as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your request or meet legal obligations.
