1. Developer and Contact
Notic is provided by Soosu Studio. For privacy questions, data requests, or support, please contact us at notic@soosu.studio.
2. Information Notic Handles
Notic helps you manage notification history, unread notifications, blocked apps, and filtering rules. The app does not require account registration and does not ask for your name, phone number, contacts, photos, microphone, or calendar access.
- Notification information stored on your device: notification key, app package name, app name, title, text, summary, ticker text, category, group key, post time, received time, read status, filter action, matched rule, dismiss time, and saved notification images when available.
- Filtering and app settings: blocked or excluded app package names, filter rule names, include and exclude keywords, rule condition mode, active status, time windows, theme preference, onboarding state, and similar app preferences.
- Optional location exception data: when you create a location-based exception, Notic may store latitude, longitude, and radius values on your device so the rule can work. Location permission is requested only for location-based exceptions.
- Installed app information: Notic may read installed app labels and package names so you can choose which apps to include or exclude from notification management.
- Backup and restore files: when you choose to export or import a Notic backup, the file may contain notification history and stored image references needed for the backup feature.
- Usage, diagnostic, and advertising information: Notic uses Firebase Analytics and Google AdMob. These services may process app interaction, device, app version, operating system, diagnostic, ad request, and advertising-related identifiers according to Google's policies.
3. How We Collect Information
- Notification information is handled after you enable Android notification access for Notic.
- Local settings and filter rules are created when you configure the app.

- Firebase Analytics and Google AdMob collect data through their SDKs when the app is used.
- Map resources used for the location picker may be loaded from third-party map services.

5. Local Storage and Sharing
Notic is designed to keep notification history, filter rules, and app preferences on your device. Soosu Studio does not operate a Notic account system and does not upload your notification history or filter rules to our own server.
We do not sell your personal information. Data may be processed by third-party services used by Notic, including Google Firebase Analytics, Google AdMob, Google Play services, Android system services, and map resources used for the location picker. Those services are governed by their own privacy terms.
If you export a backup file, send a support email, share a screenshot, or transfer data through another app or service, that action is controlled by you and may be handled by the service you choose.
6. Permissions
- Notification access: used to read, save, summarize, and remove notifications according to your settings.
- Post notifications and foreground service: used to show persistent summaries and unread counts.
- Location: used only for location-based exception rules that you create.
- Internet: used for Firebase Analytics, Google AdMob, map resources, and related service communication.
7. Retention and Deletion
- Notification history, saved images, filter rules, and app preferences remain on your device until you delete them, clear app data, or uninstall the app.
- Notic provides controls to delete local notification history and notification data from the device.
- Backup files that you create are stored wherever you choose to save them. You are responsible for protecting or deleting those files.
- Firebase Analytics and Google AdMob retention follows the settings and retention controls provided by Google.
- Support emails are retained only as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your request, maintain records, or meet legal obligations.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information handled by Notic. Notification content can be sensitive, so you should protect your device lock, backups, exported files, screenshots, and any files you share. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
9. Children's Privacy
Notic is not directed to children under the age required by applicable law to use online services without parental consent. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through Notic, please contact us.
