Terms of Service
Notic Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of the Notic app.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By installing, accessing, or using Notic, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use Notic.
2. The Notic Service
Notic helps you manage notifications by saving notification history, showing unread summaries, applying blocked-app and filter rules, and removing notifications from selected apps according to the settings you choose. Features may include notification history, search, filters, saved notification images, backup and restore, local data deletion, location-based exceptions, and ads.
3. Notification Access and Your Responsibility
Notic can only provide core notification features after you grant Android notification access. Notifications may include sensitive information from other apps. You are responsible for deciding whether to grant this permission, which apps to manage, and which notification rules to apply.
If you configure Notic to remove, dismiss, block, hide, or summarize notifications, important notifications may be delayed, missed, or removed from the Android notification shade. You are responsible for reviewing your settings and making sure they fit your needs.
4. Your Content and Local Data
You are responsible for notification content, filter keywords, rule names, backup files, screenshots, and any other data you create, store, export, import, or share through Notic. You must not use Notic to store, process, export, or share content in a way that is illegal, harmful, abusive, deceptive, infringing, or violates another person's rights.
Notification history, filter rules, and app preferences are primarily stored on your device. Clearing app data, deleting local history, uninstalling the app, or importing backup files may change or delete local data.
5. Backup and Restore
Notic may let you export and import notification data. Backup files can contain sensitive notification content and stored image data. You are responsible for storing backup files securely, choosing where they are saved, and verifying imported files before use.
6. Location-Based Exceptions
If you use location-based exceptions, you are responsible for the locations, radius values, and rules you create. Location availability and accuracy depend on your device, Android settings, network conditions, map resources, and third-party services.
7. Ads and Third-Party Services
Notic uses third-party services such as Google Firebase Analytics and Google AdMob. Your use of Notic may also involve Google Play, Android system services, and map resources used for location picking. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies.
8. App Changes and Availability
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue Notic features at any time. We do not guarantee that any feature, notification rule, saved history item, backup file, ad, analytics service, map resource, or third-party service will remain available forever or work on every device.
9. No Emergency or Safety-Critical Use
Notic is provided for general notification management. Do not rely on Notic for emergency communication, medical alerts, financial alerts, security alerts, safety-critical instructions, or any situation where a missed, delayed, or removed notification could cause harm.
10. Intellectual Property
Notic, including its app design, software, branding, and related materials, is owned by Soosu Studio or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you ownership of Notic or permission to copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or misuse the app except as allowed by law.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
Notic is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Soosu Studio disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and reliability.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Soosu Studio will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, content, notifications, profits, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or related to your use of Notic.
13. Termination
You may stop using Notic at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to Notic features if we reasonably believe that your use violates these Terms, harms users, harms the service, or creates legal or security risk.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the date below and publish the revised Terms on this page. Continued use of Notic after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
