ONEDiary Account Deletion

How to delete your ONEDiary account, and what happens to your data afterwards.

If you wish to delete your ONEDiary account, please follow these steps:

Step-by-Step Instructions

Open the ONEDiary app
Go to the Settings tab
Tap the logged-in account to access account details
Tap the "Cancel Account" button at the bottom

Email Confirmation Required

To complete the account deletion process:

Submit the email address used during registration
A confirmation request will be sent to the provided email
Account deletion will proceed after email confirmation

Important Notice

Please note that account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data, including diary entries, will be permanently removed from our systems.
