If a screenshot is useful, remove account numbers, barcodes, pass details, journal entries, precise addresses, or other personal information before attaching it.

Never send a password, one-time code, private key, full payment-card number, or authentication token. If the app's Google Play listing or in-app support screen provides a dedicated support route, use that route for the product. Otherwise, continue with this contact page.

## Privacy, data, and security inquiries
